Refund Policy

Refund or replace of products will be provided for any purchased items under the following conditions:

1) The fruits or products are damaged and spoiled during the time when customers received the order;

2) Incorrect items received by the customers.

We will try our best to pack and handle the products in good condition. In case the incident happend as above, please take a photo of the damaged product together with the receipts and send it to us.

We will take the proper action and get back to you.
